WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE PROGRAM

Our Women’s Self-Defense Program is designed for women who want to gain the confidence and skills to protect themselves—without committing to full-time martial arts training. We focus on practical defensive strategies and simple physical techniques that any woman can effectively execute in real-life situations.

The program is structured as a series of four weekly sessions, offered at a flat fee. No special clothing or prior training is required—just a willingness to learn and practice. Our hands-on training is tailored to each participant’s individual abilities, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.

Program Details:

  • Led by Grandmaster Knife, with support from his experienced black-belt instructors.

  • Training can take place in our dojang or at your own facility.

  • Available for individual enrollments or group packages.
